Shipping + Handling
We make shipments Monday - Friday. Unless otherwise specified web orders are shipped using FedEx ground service. Free shipping is available on all non-promotional orders. FedEx 2-day shipping is available on orders received before 12 noon PST and will be charged standard metered rates.
We do not offer free shipping internationally at this time.
Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Returns will only be accepted if ALL tags remain attached. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds can only be made in the same form as the original purchase. At this time we are not able to process returns from destinations outside the US. All items purchased with discount promo codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RA NUMBER. Returns sent without RA numbers will be rejected and returned-to-sender.
How to make a Return
Within 7 days of receiving your order please send an email requesting return authorizations to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive from us a return authorization number (RA number) and an emailed, pre-paid FedEx return label. Then proceed with the following:
- Please ensure that return items are securely packed and sealed in the shipping box in which it was shipped.
- Remove all other shipping labels from the outside of the box and apply the Pre-paid label sent to you via Email.
- Returns received without our prepaid Fed Ex return label and RA number will not be accepted and will be returned-to-sender.
- Items must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of your RA issue date.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the return policy requirements stated above. Making an Exchange
We cannot currently process exchanges automatically. To exchange, customers must return the unwanted item using return authorization procedure and place a new order.
